2000
Creation of Exatec by Thierry Boucard
after fifteen years' experience in the ATMs market.
His aim was to purchase and sell entire cash dispensers
and spare parts.

2001
Headquarters relocation (350 m2), beginning of exports,
creation of an
Exatec team with 4 members for the business, administration,
technical and
logistics departments.

2002
Development strategies, purchase of several hundred
machines,
acquisition of a 250 m2 warehouse, extension of our
skills to the updated Bull
technology. The team was then made of 9 persons including
an experienced
research department. Development of Subcontracting work.

2003
Extension of technical abilities to NCR and Dassault
technologies. Bulk
purchasing and selling outside the E.U. Headquarters
relocation on an industrial site of 950 m2 including
150 m2 of offices and 800 m2 of workshop and storage
space.. The team then counted 15 employees. The
company provided itself with a computerised System of
product management with barcodes allowing a top-quality
follow-up.

2004
Improvements of the headquarters with the building of
two mezzanines
which increased the surface area to 1200 m2. Adaptation
of the business
organisation to the new developments of the company,
recruitment of an
accountant, a head of logistics, a head of production,
two experienced sales
engineers, as well as several assistants and technicians,
bringing the total
number to 22. Creation of a business agency in
Lyon, enlarging of the warehouse. Exatec now has 2000
m2 of work space. Sales development on IBM/Interbold
and Wincor technologies with growing international business.

2005 - 2007
Exatec wishes to continue its growth while preserving
the characteristics of its success : technical nature,
reactivity, flexibility and quality of its customer
service. The axes for progress are principally : |
